Creating Your Advert 1. Photos and floor plans
Make sure that the photos portray your property in the best possible light
- Include a photo of the front of your home
- Take photos in good light to emphasise the amount of light a room gets
- Prepare your home before taking the pictures - have it tidy and ready as if someone where coming to view it.
- We recommend 4 photos as a minimum front of house, master bedroom, living space and any outside space
- Take more photos than you need - sometimes potential purchasers or tenants may ask for more before arranging a viewing
- If you have floor plans make sure you include them
2. Getting a good Description
- Try to be concise whilst still including all the key facts
- Information on local transport and distance from it is always a plus
3. Custom Bullet Points
- Private Eye Property offers three custom bullet points for you listing which appear on the breif description
- Use these to highlight outside space, number of en-suit bathrooms, intergrated appliances or what ever points you think sell your property best. Be sure to make full use of them though.
